There is a variety of accommodation options to choose from in and around Wageningen. The conference organisers have reserved a limited number of rooms for ECMN2026 attendees at the WICC Hotel (a.k.a. Hotel Wander) and Hotel de Wereld. These rooms are between 150-200 EURO per night and include complementary breakfast. TBCTBC

Both the WICC Hotel and Hotel de Wereld are located at 30 minutes’ walk from the conference venue. Other transport options include local buses (e.g. number 103 or 303) or, for the full Dutch experience, renting a bicycle!

Independent accommodation can be booked via websites such as Booking.com, with suggestions such as Hotel de Wageningsche Berg and Hotel Reehorst (outside of Wageningen). There are also numerous independent B&B’s in the vicinity.

Please note: Accommodation is limited and there are multiple events taking place in Wageningen during ECMN2026, so we strongly advise attendees to book accommodation as soon as possible.

Please note: The Netherlands has an excellent and extremely well-connected public transport system. If accommodation in Wageningen becomes unavailable, participants might consider booking accommodation in neighbouring cities such as Utrecht and Arnhem, both of which are a train-and-bus ride away.
