Welcome to the ECMN24 Launch Page

The Environmental and Climate Mobility Network (ECMN) invites you to participate in the 2nd annual ECMN conference in Liège, Belgium on 9-12 July 2024!

The annual ECMN conferences seek to gather researchers from all disciplines, all continents, and all career stages around topics pertaining to the interactions between environmental changes and migration.  With the aim of attracting policy-makers, researchers, and everything in between, the hosts of the ECMN conference seek to create an inclusive space where disciplines, practices, and knowledge on climate (im)mobilities can be bridged.

This year, the 2nd annual ECMN Conference’s topic is entitled “Environmental Changes & Migration: Bridging Disciplines for a New Research Agenda , and aims to determine where do we stand as a research community, the new avenues for research and the blind spots in existing research.

Opening Ceremony, Liège Theater, July 9, 19:00 - Open to public
